Located just upstairs from the main restaurant, we introduce a new chapter to our story in the form of a communal yet intimate chef’s table experience. At The Apartment, our guests will gather around a 14 seat table while Chef Andrew brings to life a 4-course tasting menu. A new experience from Brandywine— elevated to the next level.
Service at The Apartment is offered on *most* Friday evenings and begins at 6:15pm with a small welcome reception. Guests will be greeted with canapés while they explore and enjoy the space before dinner and treated to chef’s selected petits fours to close out the evening. The 4-course tasting menu is the only experience offered at The Apartment and is set at $75.00 per person. We also offer the option of adding wine pairings to compliment each course for an additional $40.00 per person. The menu and pairings will change frequently and will not be posted prior to the evening. Reservations are required. **Due to the unique format and structure of service, we are unable to make menu substitutions which greatly limits our opportunity to accommodate allergy or dietary restrictions. We request that any dietary concerns be submitted via email to reservations.brandywine@gmail.com before booking your Apartment reservation so we may assess if an accommodation can be made.
**The Apartment is only accessible by stairs so this experience is NOT ADA accessible.
