Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner

Join us for a 5-course dinner as we pair up with one of Napa Valley’s most prominent wine labels for a night of creative and dynamic flavors! Tickets are $135.00* per person for standard wine pairings, or $165.00* per person for reserve wine pairings and are going quickly!
1st Course — Scallop Crudo with crab, jalapeno, pistachio, radish, cucumber
2nd Course — Confit Ocean Trout with butter lettuce, smoked trout roe, Meyer lemon
3rd Course — Grilled Maitake with ricotta gnudi, rhubarb, pancetta, parmesan
4th Course — Roasted Lamb with black garlic, spinach, carrot, sunchoke
5th Course — îles flottantes with buttermilk, strawberry, yuzu, almond
