APRIL PASTA KIT CLUB

 Week 1: Rigatoni alla Bosciaola: Herb egg noodles with house-made sausage, pancetta, wild mushrooms, porcini cream sauce and Sarvecchio parmesan

Week 2: Spaghetti alla Puttanesca: a classic dish from Naples with San Marzano tomato sauce, garlic, olives, capers and anchovy

Week 3: “Tikka Masala”: Grilled marinated chicken meatballs with curry spiced Mafalde noodles, creamy tomato sauce and fresh cilantro

Week 4: Pasta Primavera: lemon Campanelle noodles with a bright mix of spring vegetables, grated cured local egg yolk, Pecora Nocciola cheese and ramp pesto

Pickup: Kits must be picked up during the following dates: WEEK 1: 4/7-4/10 WEEK 2: 4/14-4/17 WEEK 3: 4/21-4/24 WEEK 4: 4/28-5/01 anytime between the hours of 4:30 – 8:00

Family-owned & operated restaurant focuses on Wisconsin influenced dishes with close-to-home ingredients. Featuring hand-made pasta, small plates & entrees inspired by the seasons with locally grown produce & meats.
