Week 1: Red Wine Rigatoni with Mushroom “Bolognese Ragu, grated Sarvecchio parmesan
and black garlic gremolata

Week 2: Early Summer Vegetable Lasagna, roasted roma tomatoes, caramelized onion, garlic
cream sauce and Taleggio cheese

Week 3: Campanelle with Italian Sausage Ragu, fresh mozzarella, basil and parmesan

Week 4: “Vietnamese Pho” Basil and Lime Spaghetti with a rich beef broth, meatballs, brisket,
bean sprouts, chiles and onion

Housed in a historic building dating back to 1862 in downtown Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Brandywine, named after an heirloom tomato in memory of the owner’s mother who loved to grow the variety. Family-owned & operated restaurant focuses on Wisconsin influenced dishes with close-to-home ingredients. Featuring hand-made pasta, small plates & entrees inspired by the seasons with locally grown produce & meats.
