Week 2: Early Summer Vegetable Lasagna, roasted roma tomatoes, caramelized onion, garlic
cream sauce and Taleggio cheese
Week 3: Campanelle with Italian Sausage Ragu, fresh mozzarella, basil and parmesan
Week 4: “Vietnamese Pho” Basil and Lime Spaghetti with a rich beef broth, meatballs, brisket,
bean sprouts, chiles and onion
